If your email address on Patreon is not the same as your email on TipAlerts our processing system can't see your pledge and so can't activate your premium account.
To fix this you need to change your email on Patreon so that it's the same email address that you've used on TipAlerts.
Go to https://www.patreon.com/settings/profile be sure to be logged in your Patron profile.
Select My Profile settings from the dropdown menu on the top right corner.
Scroll down to the Information Section.
Enter your new email address and scroll down to click Save Changes. Patreon will send a confirmation email to the NEW EMAIL you updated to. You'll need to confirm the change before the update is complete. Make sure that it's the very same email that you use on our website, remember, we won't be able to find your pledge if email won't be the same.
After you've confirmed your new email your premium account would become activate in 15-30 minutes. If it's still hasn't switched to premium after an hour please contact us.
